Tickets may be purchased through our website or at the MTG Box Office, located in our studio building at 502 West Second Street in downtown Menomonie. Our Box Office hours are Monday and Wednesday, 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Yes! We are located at 502 West 2nd Street in Menomonie. Please be aware that the lot to the West of our entrance is a permit parking only lot operated by the City of Menomonie. MTG has three free parking spaces available for patrons during business hours. They are the three spaces directly against the back of the NW corner of our building. There is also metered parking on both sides of 2nd Street West. MTG patron parking is clearly marked.

Yes! The theater maintains a small parking lot to the East of their building, though it can fill easily during shows. The adjacent parking lot is owned by Dairy State Bank, and may be utilized by Mabel Tainter patrons after normal business hours. Please pay careful attention to signage in the lot, as there are a number of spots that are no parking at any time and vehicles will be towed. Street parking around the theater is also available, and is free after 5 pm.

Tickets to MTG shows may be purchased in-person at the Mabel Tainter Theater, beginning one hour prior to each show. Please visit the MTG box office located in The Spirit Room of the Mabel Tainter Theater for assistance.

Yes, you may exchange your tickets for a different performance of the same show production, provided that there are still seats available. Please contact the MTG Box Office to exchange your tickets for a different performance day/time. Must be completed 48 hours prior to initially ticketed show.

Performances are rarely, if ever, canceled for weather. In case of weather emergency, the MTG Executive Board will inform the cast and patrons of cancellation and ticket exchange instructions via social media, website, and other appropriate mediums. In any other circumstance MTG maintains a no refunds policy, unless a show is cancelled by Menomonie Theater Guild. You may pass your tickets on to a friend if you are unable to use them.
